Using the latest Autodesk Autocad Electrical software we are capable of creating very detailed “smart” single line diagrams, control schematics and panel layouts that contain a wealth of complex information but yet provide very simple and clean drawing documentation for you as an end user. Once the design is completed, a bill of materials can be generated and the panel is released for production. If a design is already planned or written up we can build it to your specifications as well offering advice or modifications throughout the process to make sure you get the control system that is sure to meet your needs.

Our fabrication shop is capable of manufacturing anything from small terminal junction boxes to large free standing enclosures or even modular enclosure systems bringing a few or many enclosures together as a large single control panel. We can provide enclosures in a variety of different NEMA ratings in mild steel, stainless steel, fiberglass or poly and we can even provide fully customized enclosures from the factory with multiple modifications and custom paint colors.

As a UL 508A certified control panel shop, we take pride in the quality of our design and craftsmanship of our control panels – whether big or small – down to the smallest details. All of our panels have color coded wiring properly labeled and neatly organized within wire duct. Many panel shops try to make everything as small as possible and many times that means leaving out wire duct. Without wire duct wiring can easily get out of control and not only become a mess and make it incredibly difficult to troubleshoot but become a real safety hazard as well. Properly routed, labeled and secured wiring improves not only the visual aspect of the end product but also the overall functionality. Before leaving our shop entire control circuits are tested for functionality before being shipped or delivered to your site.

We use a wide variety of industry leading components which we can incorporate into your project or we can implement your own specified component requirements. Using both in-house fabrication methods and the option of factory direct fabrication, we can build any panel to meet the needs you require.
