Our deployment of SCADA systems requires us to use SMS to deliver Alarm Notifications, with that there are certain Federal and State Regulations that we need to abide by.
1.Consent: By checking the box, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of this consent and agree to receive messages from Nittany Controls.
2. Message Type: The messages you will receive from Nittany Controls will be related to your facility’s SCADA system.
3. Opting Out: You have the right to opt out of receiving messages at any time. You can unsubscribe by following the instructions provided in the messages or by contacting us directly.
4. Privacy Policy: Nittany Controls offers a transparent view on data collection and personal information. We will not sell or market any personal information offered to us. We have a strict policy on network security and practice Good Manufacturing Standards.
5. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the appropriate phone number. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To receive messages again please contact us so we can go through the necessary steps in verifying your information.

7. Carriers and Nittany Controls are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
